We also collect basic site analytics such as pages viewed, device type, and referral source. Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

We use this information to deliver your analysis, communicate about your order, improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Contract files
Uploaded contracts are used only to produce your review. Access is limited to the systems and reviewers needed to complete that work. Do not upload documents that are not yours to share.

We share information with vendors who help us operate the service, such as hosting, analytics, email, and payments, and when required by law. Those vendors may process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention and security
We keep order and file data for as long as needed to deliver the review, handle support, and meet record-keeping duties, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
